For maximum efficiency and productivity, you can't beat the AIS Semi-Automatic Debagger. The mat top conveyor runs the entire length of the machine to maximize container accumulation. Also, the air discharge motor provides variable discharge speed for smooth container flow and the pneumatically-operated lift gate ensures smooth release.

Other features include an aluminum hood to prevent contamination and an accelerator at the end of the mat top to feed containers on to cable or table top conveyors.

Optional mat top length extension increases container accumulation. A two-tier debagger is also available.
