The AIS bottle orientation system is a precise, high speed vision inspection method for detecting and rejecting mis-oriented bottles. Easy to integrate, the self-contained unit is available in a variety of different enclosure options and features a compact industrial sensor with a built-in camera, processor, lighting, optics and I/O.

Sensors inspect multiple part features to identify proper orientation and yield simple pass or fail results. Rejected bottles are efficiently removed from the line by a pneumatic blow-off device. Depending on bottle size and inspection requirements, the system is capable of line speeds up to 500 bottles per minute.
