The AIS container lid inspection system is a high speed vision system for detecting and rejecting incorrect lid configurations and product descriptions. The online system operates at up to 300 units per minute and validates correct lid orientation and label graphics.

The AIS lid inspection system is available with a variety of mounting, lighting, camera and enclosure options. The self-contained, turnkey systems easily integrate into container lid production lines to increase efficiency in the manufacturing process.
