PLC controlled and with a touch screen user interface, the AIS Fully Automatic Bagger easily changes between different containers. It accommodates round, square, or rectangular bottles.

Other features include variable stack heights up to 110î high, and servo control of both vertical and rotational stacker movement for accurate bag placement. In addition, the Fully Automatic Bagger uses tube film for less maintenance on sealing components and quick changeovers. Single or dual in-feed accumulator options are available, too.
