The offset, shielded knife assembly eliminates damaged and contaminated bottles, and ensures safe operation. The mat top conveyor runs the entire length of the machine to maximize container accumulation. Also, the air discharge motor provides variable discharge speed for smooth container flow, and the pneumatically operated lift gate ensures smooth bottle release.
Other features include an Allen Bradley PLC for efficient machine control, an aluminum hood that covers the entire machine, and an accelerator at the end of the mat top to feed bottles on to cable or table top conveyors.
A two-tier debagger and an optional mat top length extension to increase container accumulation are also available.
